1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our AI-backed web application that generates business model canvases and our Tool Review Bot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Service provider (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

Age Requirement: The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit users under 18.

Account Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.   • Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations will prevent future billing, but already-paid fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: All charges are generally final and non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services or as required by consumer protection laws.
  • Payment Processing: We may use third-party processors to handle transactions securely. By paying, you agree to their terms and any applicable fees or taxes.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal or Harmful Use: Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activities. Do not share content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interference and Misuse: Do not disrupt or overburden the Service or its servers (e.g., by spamming or introducing malware). Bypassing security measures is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to access other accounts or data without permission, or impersonate others.
  • Data Mining: Do not systematically retrieve data or scrape content without our written permission.
  • Commercial Activities: Do not use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes, including reselling or exploiting our Service for profit.
  • Violation of Others’ Rights: Do not upload or transmit content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, and may also lead to legal consequences.

5. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer

  • No Professional Advice: The AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice. Always consult professionals before making decisions.
  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, the Service may produce content that is incomplete or unsuitable for your specific situation.
  • User Responsibility: Any action taken based on AI-generated content is at your own risk.
  • Liability Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the AI-generated content.

6. No Guarantee of Business Success

Using the Service does not guarantee business success or any positive outcome. You accept that entrepreneurship involves inherent risks that our tool cannot eliminate.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Service Content: We (or our licensors) own all rights to the Service and its content, including software, designs, and trademarks. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your input and generated outputs (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your User Content solely for operating and improving the Service.

Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used by us without any obligation to you.

8. Termination and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data may be deleted or disabled.
  • You may terminate your own account at any time; we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers of Warranties

  • AS-IS Service: The Service is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranties of any kind.
  • No Guarantee of Error-Free Operation: We do not warrant uninterrupted or secure operation of the Service.
